At Northern Powergrid we do our best to provide you with as accurate an estimate as possible of the time by which your power will be restored. However, if we have shown a time, please be aware that it is only an estimate and it may change depending on the nature of the power cut. In any event, you can be assured that Team Powergrid is working hard to restore your power as soon as possible.
- Please note that we will update the estimated time on our web site as new information becomes available and you can also receive updates by text, if you wish, by using our online power cut logger and, therefore, save yourself a call to our Contact Centre, which will provide you with the same information.
- If we are unable to provide an estimate of the time by which your power will be restored, we will be working to identify the cause of the power cut, the location of the problem and how to fix it.
